The Study of three books over two days that speak to the fundamentals of knowledge and its importance:

1. Sources of Knowledge by Ibn Faris
2. Traveling for the Pursuit of Hadith by Al-Khatib al-Baghdadi
3. The Excellence of the Knowledge of the Salaf by Ibn Rajab

WHAT WE WILL COVER:

• A full reading of the books in Arabic with English translation
• A brief commentary on each book discussing the major points
• A look at the narrators of hadith where applicable
• An ijazah (chain of transmission) to the authors for in-person attendance
